  • Sonja - Belize - Mopan River Resort Nov. 2007

    Doyle and I had a fabulous time at the Mopan River Resort!  All of the people who work there were so nice and helpful.  The food was great and no one we talked to or heard about got any kind of GI problems from the food/water at the resort (and we didn't avoid any foods).  We would both highly recommend this resort to anyone who doesn't want to deal with planning their itinerary (or anything else).  It was nice not to have to constantly be forking over cash for transfers, excursions, etc.  It definitely reduces the amount of cash you have to bring with you.  We were able to pay all of our entrance fees in US$ and used the credit card for souvenirs.  Thanks so much for recommending Belize and arranging our trip!

    The wedding was beautiful, the resort was beautiful and the country was beautiful. And, yes, we had some problems, but they took care of us really well as far as compensating us. I'll give you more detail when i have more time and i will send you some pictures too :)

    .....the wedding on the beach was beautiful and Megan was sooooo pretty!!! The weather was great. The resort was gorgeous...as were the sunrises and sunsets!

  • Allison - Iberostar Grand Paraiso November 2007

    Ok, the BEST trip EVER!! This place (Iberostar Grand Paraiso) was to die for and we had such a good time. The weather was perfect, cloudy one day and than it rained the first day we got there at 4pm, but we had been in the sun since 11 am anyway. The food was fantastic and so was the Miami vices, tequila, wine, beer etc.....We will be going back for sure next Oct.  We’ll be calling you for our Spring Break trip!  Thanks for getting our trip together.

    The Honeymoon was good. Sandals Dunn's River was beautiful, the staff was very very nice and helpful. Thank you for the cheese plate - we ate it all - we are cheese people! :) The view could not have been better! We were on the top floor, farthest northeast corner so we only had people on the one side of us and we could see the pool, ocean, and the mountains if we looked around the side of the building. Matt really liked the food.We did go over to the Sandals Grande Ocho Rios 1 time and ate at Arizonas - I was in heaven! We went to the falls and went shopping and swimming with the dolphins. Other than that we just vegged on the beach or by the pool.Thank you for all your help!
